Project and Construction

 

Immersed in the jungle, we find a home designed to enjoy the beautiful view of San Pancho. This house has two apartments on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Materials were used to make the interior of the house more pleasantly quiet and cool. The house has a cistern with a capacity of approximately 280 m3 that is filled with rainwater. Within the beautiful town of San Pancho, you'll find this gorgeous home. The design meets the client's needs, as it is both a private home and a rental apartment.

Villa Mariposa

Project and Construction

 

With a spectacular view of the town of Lo de Marcos, we find Villas Mariposa, a Mexican-style residence. Here you'll find five bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living and dining room with a beautiful double-height ceiling. It features a beautiful garden, ideal for events, especially at sunset. Bugambilia House

Project and Construction

 

Within the beautiful town of San Pancho, you'll find this incredible home. The wooden details make it stand out both inside and out. It features a 45,000-liter cistern, a Parota kitchen, doors, and closets, a marble floor, a staircase covered with cantera stone, and PVC windows.

Coquitos House

Casa Coquitos is a project within the beautiful jungle of the Riviera Nayarit. It features two bedrooms with private bathrooms, white polished concrete floors, parota doors, and a spectacular pool. The terrace overlooking nature provides a sense of peace and harmony.

In this project in San Pancho, we combined talents to create a project that combines structural solidity and artisanal beauty. Integra was responsible for all civil works, while BIDA Bioconstruccion was responsible for the wooden structures, adobe walls, organic finishes, and decorative details in handcrafted wood.

Montserrat House

Within the beautiful Selva Azul subdivision, a three-story home with ocean views was built. This project features a 50,000-liter water cistern, an infinity pool, and two rental apartments.

For this project, we once again collaborated with BIDA Bioconstruccion. This project sought a harmonious and natural environment so that students could feel at peace and harmony.
